The rational distribution of fire emergency storage repositories, providing a substantial guaranty for the rescue forces, could increase the capacity to dispose large-scale regional incidents. This paper establishes a multi-objective decision model which is based on the characteristics of the repository site selection under the situation of national emergency and rescue. The model which takes fully account of the facilities’ efficiency, security, emergency recovery capabilities, and support capability to the surrounding fire stations, could meet the basic requirements of fire brigades in the disposal of emergency rescue. |
