Abstract: Word format earthquake quick report, modified by Visual Basic, can be sent directly in the Word window, allowing a clear interface and increased accuracy. Moreover, the speed of seismic reflection is increased, and it can be prepared for animated GIF images for MMS. Using Excel's powerful reporting capabilities through Visual Basic, daily statistical reports can be accurate, time-saving, and convenient, and TXT documents can be generated. The use of Visual Basic and the DOS command PING can save a large number of IP addresses to locate and hand commands, check automatically as required, make alarms when networks breaks, and let the computer replace the cumbersome manual operation.
